Our Cancellation Policy
Things come up; we get it. Our cancellation policy is simple: call us at least 48 hours before your scheduled cleaning and there is no charge.
When you book an appointment, we hold that time slot for you. With 48 hours notice, we can fill it with another job for our team. With less than 48 hours notice, we are not able to, so you will be charged the full cleaning fee.
48-Hour Notice Required
Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment and there is no charge. Less than 48 hours notice results in a full charge for the booked service.
48+ Hours Notice
Cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours notice and there is no charge.
Less Than 48 Hours
Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be charged the full service fee.
