Is Hometown House Cleaning insured?
Yes, we are fully insured. We understand the trust you place in us to be in your home, and we are always careful. In the unlikely event that something is damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment by emailing support@hometownhousecleaning.com or by calling (484) 749-0499.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?
No. Our cleaners bring all the professional-grade supplies and equipment needed to thoroughly clean your home. If you'd like us to use a specific product, just let us know and leave it out on the day of your clean.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
That's entirely up to you. When you book, you'll provide entry instructions; many clients hide a key or use a lockbox so they don't need to be home at all. If you prefer to be there, that's perfectly fine too. Just please don't forget about your appointment; if our team can't get in, you may be charged for the visit.
What about my pets?
We love animals! But they don't always love strangers in their space. If your pet tends to get anxious around new people, we ask that you make temporary arrangements while we're cleaning. We'll ask about pets during the booking process.
What if I'm not happy with my clean?
We get it right or we make it right. If you're not satisfied with any part of your clean, contact us and we'll return to re-clean the area at no additional charge.
How does payment work?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. We do not accept cash. We collect your card information at booking but do not charge it until the cleaning is complete.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations are free with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in a full charge for the booked service.
